At that time, all outstanding company shares were cancelled and now represent solely the right to receive any liquidating distributions the company may make from time to time to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on December, 14, 2009. The company made an initial liquidating distribution in the amount of $0.17 per share on December 21, 2009.
